SGTi® acts as a reference base for interchanges among many stakeholders organized in multinational joint ventures working in a multi-site design production configuration. The service has been employed by the ITER experimental reactor teams since 2008. ITER stats to date: 800 connections/day, 120 documents issued and 1500 consulted daily.

> A durable reference base for long-term operations
The robustness and reliability of the platform’s guaranteed technical architecture and the capacity of its database eliminate risks of information dilution or loss for long-term projects. It is currently employed to manage the reference and contractual data of the Tribune de Grand Instance (high court) of Paris and for managing the Rouen eco-district development operations.

Customized security levels can be set up by means of dedicated technical architectures and/or authentication procedures and by data encoding for sensitive renovation operations in the penitentiary sector, for the megajoule laser project (CEA of Bordeaux), the EPR reactors being built for AREVA and for numerous data center operations.

> Dematerialization of contract management
In compliance with regulations and on behalf of many public and private owners, contractors’ interim progress statements and requests for payment, normally handled by our customers’ accounting departments, can be partially or completely dematerialized. A few examples: H4 and ADEVIA, acting as owner’s representatives on behalf of the Nord — Pas-de-Calais region, have selected SGTi® to manage the construction contracts for the new Louvre Museum in Lens.

The service allows both for guaranteeing the interchanges inherent in a project and for satisfying the coordination requirements of its respective stakeholders: the promoter and his partners, contractors and their sub-contractors, the design team and their design offices, etc. Beyond the airtight management of his/her respective workspace, each stakeholder benefits from duplication functions to avoid the re-input of references into the shared/common workspaces of projects.
